We were approached directly by the owner of a former farm which had unused outbuildings and barns. One of the barns had previously been sold 5 years prior and had been converted to a high standard as a self-build and the rest of the site was available to INOV8. We met on site and discussed our visions, we incorporated our strategic architectural team to maximise the best possible outcome and keep as much of the existing barns as possible whilst adding back to the landscape.
